OnQ Social Media Consulting was founded in Summer 2009. We provide full-spectrum social media consulting, primarily to public policy clients in the Washington, DC region.
We can help devise your overall social media strategy as well as give you the tools and knowledge to carry it out by yourself or in concert with a portfolio of our other services customized for your unique needs.
Staff
Jeff Quinton
Jeff Quinton, our President, is a native of South Carolina who currently resides in the Baltimore-Washington area. He has been involved in the public policy arena for nearly two decades, including stints in government at both the state and federal level as well as involvement in local and state politics.
His experience online dates back to 1993 and he started designing web pages in 1995. He has designed websites for political candidates from the legislative level up to a statewide elected official. Jeff also has experience publishing news sites and blogs that goes back 11 years. He has been the driving force behind two blogs since 2001 and written for several others. He currently is the publisher for Inside Charm City, an award-winning news blog focusing on Baltimore.
Quinton has also worked as a web designer and in Information Technology for the past several years. He worked in web design and IT for two state agencies in South Carolina. He served six years in the Army National Guard as an intelligence analyst and worked as a full-time civilian for the Guard doing web design, technical support, and video production.
His media experience includes being published at World Defense Review and Wired’s Danger Room. He has also worked as a news reporter and political analyst in talk radio for both a local station and a syndicated show. Jeff has appeared on national cable news networks, local talk radio stations and in various other forums supporting his various projects.

Jayvie Canono
Jayvie Canono, one of our Partners, is a native of the Phillipines and currently resides in the Baltimore-Annapolis area. His principal areas of expertise are site design and graphic design. His specialty is design of blogs in WordPress. For more on Jayvie, see his website, One Fine Jay.

Jennifer Lesko Quinton
Jennifer Lesko Quinton is our owner and marketing director. She is a native of Baltimore and has extensive experience in marketing and sales in the hospitality industry, as well as experience in home improvement sales and marketing.
Advisors
Our Board of Advisors will be announced at a later date. This advisory panel will be involved in general advice and assistance for our company. Advisors will also possibly include consultants in other areas of public policy that we recommend to our clients.
